It is the most prestigious conference within IT security: the IEEE Symposium on Security and Privacy. As a commission has now decided, Prof. Dr. Thorsten Holz from the Chair of System Security becomes Program Co-Chair for the conference in 2021/2022. He is thus responsible for the organisation of the selection process for the papers presented there. The "IEEE" (Institute of Electrical and Electronis Engineers) is a global professional association of electrical engineers and information technology engineers with over 423,000 members.
