Junior Faculty Program

The program includes the training and support of future leaders. The main focus is on supporting scientific excellence, expanding leadership and mentoring skills, and understanding and feeling for the university and science system.

Each member is mentored by an experienced PI and is involved in the management of a research project. In this way, the member assumes responsibility for junior researchers at an early stage. In addition, there is the opportunity to design and establish your own events.
