The annually CASA PI Gathering has become the established event for personal exchange among the researchers of the CASA Excellence Cluster. On February 22, CASA PIs gathered at Beckmannshof, Ruhr-University Bochum, taking the opportunity for insightful discussions and fruitful exchange on their scientific work.
CASA Spokesperson Eike Kiltz kicked off the event with a brief overview of the cluster's progress since the last CASA Retreat in September 2023. Afterwards Lightning Talks by PIs Asia Biega and Gilles Barthe and Speed Dating Sessions followed. In the relaxed atmosphere, discussions sparked numerous new insights, ideas and impulses . After lunch, the PIs delved into Hub Internal Sessions, addressing more specific questions of their research areas.
