Junior Faculty Program

The CASA Junior Faculty Program is designed to cultivate scientific excellence, leadership and supervisory skills, and a solid understanding of the academic system. A core pillar is hands-on project work: through CASA’s project opportunities – especially the Fundamental Research Projects – junior faculty can pursue cutting-edge topics, gain experience advising and supervising doctoral researchers, and collaborate in teams with other PIs.

The program also supports network building through CASA’s international partners, and each junior faculty member has the opportunity to work with an experienced PI as a personal mentor.
